The merchandise available on wearandpiece.com is extremely limited and available on a first come first serve basis. New items are listed regularly. Condition

Wear & Piece is a curated shop of vintage, new and used clothing and accessories. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise is pre-owned and used. We at Wear & Piece pay special attention to detail when making our selections of merchandise and only list the best quality products that we can find. The condition of each item is included in each item listing. If you are unhappy about the condition of an item once you receive it please contact us so we may resolve the issue.

Checkout

Adding items to your shopping cart does not guarantee you the item. Until the item is paid for another customer may purchase the item.

Payment

We accept payments through Paypal. Paypal processes all major forms of credit cards. Customers with Paypal accounts may also pay with Paypal balance or a bank account. We do not receive any private information from Paypal.  We only ship to the address which is entered on the Paypal transaction.  Please ensure that your shipping address on Paypal is your correct shipping address when placing the order. We are not reliable for lost, delayed or returned packages due to incorrect shipping information being entered at checkout.

Order management

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us.

Customs

For orders shipped outside of the U.S., you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email to make a return request. A return may be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date.  Items marked final sale cannot be returned.  The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached if the item is new with tags.  Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your Paypal account within 5 business days of the reception of the item.  Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Wear & Piece.
